Your monthly service covers strategy, setup management, optimization, platform access, and the services listed in your plan. Phone calls, SMS messages, email volume, AI usage, carrier registration, premium integrations, and other usage-based services may be billed separately based on consumption.

Yes. Your system grows with your business. Existing configuration, data, and approved workflows can carry forward when you add automated lead conversion, AI communication, locations, or other capacity.

Standard plans begin with a 90-day initial term, continue month-to-month after the initial term, and require 30 days’ notice. Usage charges remain payable, and setup fees become nonrefundable once implementation begins. Final terms appear in your written agreement.

Clients retain ownership of their customer and contact data, business content, domain, business information, campaign results, and call recordings where legally permitted. Bailey Ventures Digital retains its reusable templates, generic workflow structures, internal SOPs, prompt frameworks, reporting templates, and proprietary implementation methods, subject to the written agreement.

Complete website builds are separate projects. A plan may include connecting one eligible website, form, chat widget, or landing page. New website and landing-page projects can be connected directly to your growth system.

A reasonable workflow modification includes a small update to an existing email, reminder, notification, timing rule, or workflow condition. New systems, campaigns, integrations, pipelines, locations, or major rebuilds are quoted separately.

Bailey Ventures Digital implements and manages the services included in your plan. Results depend on market conditions, competition, business responsiveness, offer quality, customer demand, budget, and other factors outside our control.

Yes. Multiple locations are handled through the Multi-Location and Custom Systems option so each location, calendar, pipeline, reporting view, and usage requirement can be scoped correctly.

It can support basic lead and appointment-request information. Sensitive medical information should remain inside the clinic’s approved patient-management platform. Bailey Ventures Digital does not claim HIPAA compliance unless the appropriate services, agreements, and configurations are active.

Your customer data and business-owned content remain yours. Access, exports, phone numbers, third-party accounts, reusable agency assets, and transition assistance are handled according to the written agreement and any platform or carrier requirements.

Timing depends on access, approvals, integrations, phone registration, AI knowledge-base review, and scope. A realistic launch plan is confirmed after the growth audit; no unsupported launch deadline is promised before discovery.

The setup fee covers the concentrated implementation work required to configure, connect, test, launch, and orient your team. The monthly fee covers ongoing management, optimization, support, platform access, and the recurring services in your plan.

Discounted website projects may require a separate six- or twelve-month agreement. Those terms are shown before a project is approved and are separate from the standard growth-plan terms.
